Brenmiller Energy expands 2013 equity incentive plan share reserve to 405,338 shares

Brenmiller Energy raised the ordinary shares reserved under its 2013 Global Incentive Equity Scheme to 405,338.
The increase adds 395,031 shares, up from 10,357, following a board action dated Aug. 4, 2026.
