Brenmiller Energy signed a term sheet to buy adjacent industrial land near its operating solar facility in Kaposszekcső, Hungary.
The deal covers about 10,872 square meters with related photovoltaic infrastructure assets, priced at HUF 58.3 million.
The transaction would expand the site for a planned BrenX industrial energy resource center combining renewables with energy storage.
Definitive documents are targeted by end-August 2026, with exclusivity during negotiations.
