Brera Holdings names Erez Simha board chairman

Board leadership changes

Brera Holdings named Erez Simha chairman of the board, effective July 9, 2026.

Rafia Abdulla Mohamed Saeed AlMulla joined as an independent director, effective July 7, 2026.

AlMulla has been a director at UAE-based Richie Rich Holding since 2020; previously served on the Dubai Chambers Youth Council board.

Board committee roles were reshuffled, with Simha taking chair roles on audit and compensation, and AlMulla to chair nominating and governance.
