BriaCell publishes investor presentation on Bria-IMT immunotherapy program for metastatic breast cancer

Next-generation Bria-OTS and Bria-OTS+ programs remain in early-stage breast cancer studies, with prostate and breast candidates slated to enter the clinic in 2026.

BriaCell highlighted its lead breast cancer immunotherapy Bria-IMT, with a pivotal Phase 3 study underway in metastatic breast cancer.

• Phase 2 combination data showed median PFS of 3.6 months for the selected Phase 3 formulation; overall survival was 13.3 months for the Phase 3 sequence.
• A subset using the Phase 3 formulation and sequence reported median overall survival of 16.6 months in a randomized Phase 2 analysis.
• The company cited a 71% intracranial objective response rate in evaluable patients with brain metastases, based on 5 responses in 7 patients.
