BriaCell reports tumor-cell killing in preclinical Bria-OTS+ studies across three cancer types

BriaCell Therapeutics and majority-owned BriaPro will present four preclinical studies at SITC in Phoenix from November 4-8, 2026. BriaCell said Bria-OTS+ activated immune cells and killed tumor cells in laboratory models of breast, prostate and lung cancers; other studies reported tolerability for BP-80 in nonhuman primates, activity supporting T-cell activation, and findings on TILsRx-001 and engineered CD80 variants.
