BridgeBio publishes DISCOVER-ATTR digital registry presentation on ATTR-CM data integration
BBIO•DISCOVER-ATTR registry results and data integration
BridgeBio published results from the DISCOVER-ATTR study, a fully decentralized, patient-led digital registry for ATTR-CM.
- Remote enrollment reached 20 participants. EHR portal connections succeeded for 17, or 85%.
- Average longitudinal EHR coverage was 10.6 years. Data captured 34 hospitalizations, 25 ED visits, and 1,825 outpatient encounters.
- Wearable sharing reached 30% of participants, supporting analysis of physiologic trends around acute events.
- The registry approach aims to map ATTR-CM disease trajectories, with potential to scale to other rare cardiovascular diseases.
