Bridgeline Digital secured a multi-year professional services agreement with a global industrial supplier tied to a HawkSearch infrastructure upgrade.
The deal expands an enterprise relationship that began in 2020, extending the customer’s commitment for several additional years.
The customer will move to a HawkSearch hybrid deployment with multiple production environments, dedicated OpenSearch infrastructure, and dedicated SearchAPI infrastructure.
