Joint venture for Atherstone industrial scheme
Bridges Fund Management formed a joint venture with Pembury Real Estate to develop a £70 million industrial and warehousing scheme in Atherstone, Warwickshire.
The 25-acre brownfield site, formerly owned by 3M, has capacity for up to 420,000 square feet within the UK logistics “Golden Triangle”.
