• The site is expected to be in service by Q2 2027.
• TLH is to reserve and develop up to 17 MW of power capacity for Tensor IQ.
• Initial deployment is planned for 7,748 Nvidia B300 GPUs.
• The arrangement is expected to generate $546 million of revenue to TLH over 15 years.
