Brief-Grindr Resolves UK Group Action Over Data Practices Before 2020 On September 2

Grindr Inc. said it resolved a UK group action related to historical data practices before 2020 on Sept. 2, according to an SEC filing.
The settlement includes no findings or admission of liability, the filing said.
Grindr said it will pay £13 million by Dec. 31, 2026 and £13 million by Mar. 31, 2027.
