Brightline Interactive closed a $1.25 million PIPE financing of units of common stock and warrants, led by Dr. Allan Evans in a personal capacity alongside other investors. The company said proceeds will support continued development of SpatialCore, its interoperability and operational context platform for Physical AI, and expansion into new markets and use cases across defense and commercial applications.
