Brightline Interactive said director Tamar Elkeles resigned effective immediately on October 19, 2026. Retired U.S. Navy Admiral Scott Swift was appointed chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and retired U.S. Army Major General Pete Fesler was named chair of the Compensation Committee.
