BrightSpring posted Q2 2026 net revenue of USD 3.87 billion, up 23% year over year, with net income of USD 87 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed 44.2% from a year earlier to USD 206 million, following the March divestiture of Community Living.
Segment performance
- Pharmacy Solutions revenue rose 22% to USD 3.41 billion.
- Provider Services revenue increased 30% to USD 466 million.
Balance sheet and guidance
Leverage narrowed to 2.15x at June 30, 2026. BrightSpring completed a USD 300 million paydown and modification of the First Lien Facility.
CEO Jon Rousseau cited disciplined operational execution and high-quality care; full-year revenue guidance increased to USD 15.1 billion to USD 15.43 billion.
