1. Multi-Year Contract Extension
Brightstar Global Solutions and Brightstar Lottery Cyprus signed a multi-year contract extension with Lottotech, securing their exclusive retail lottery technology partnership into its third decade. The agreement covers deployment of a new central system and replacement of all existing terminals in Mauritius.
2. Next-Generation Hardware and Software Deployment
Under the contract, Brightstar will roll out its RetailerPro S2 terminals across more than 600 retail points, integrating multiple player-facing displays and peripherals. The terminals run the OpenRetail application platform, designed for single code-line updates and high-performance processing to improve retailer and player experiences.
3. Strategic Impact and Recurring Revenue
The deal strengthens Brightstar’s recurring service revenue stream through multi-year system support and hardware maintenance contracts.
