Brink's will deconsolidate Malaysia business results
Brink's Co. says it will change the accounting treatment for its Malaysia business, according to an SEC filing.
The Malaysia business results will be deconsolidated from financial statements, the company said.
Brink's expects the change to reduce reported revenue by about $100 million and adjusted EBITDA by about $10 million to $15 million in each case over the next four quarters.
The company said it does not expect any impact on FY2026 organic revenue growth or adjusted EBITDA margin expansion.
