Bristol Myers Squibb said a 60-mg dose of admilparant taken twice daily met the main goal in a late-stage trial, showing a statistically significant benefit over placebo in preserving lung function in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Separately, RYZ101 significantly delayed disease progression in patients with rare, advanced gastrointestinal and pancreatic tumors that had progressed after earlier treatment.
