Bristow Q2 FY26 net income rises 61.4% to USD 21.2 million; revenue increases 5.9% to USD 411.8 million

Bristow completed the all-cash acquisition of Berry Aviation for USD 105 million, expanding Government Services capabilities across ISR, MRO, training, UAS, and cargo logistics.
The company kept its 2026 adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) outlook at USD 295 million to USD 325 million and declared a USD 0.125 per-share dividend.
Bristow reports higher quarterly profit and revenue
Bristow posted Q2 net income attributable to shareholders of USD 21.2 million, up 61.4% sequentially, as revenue rose 5.9% to USD 411.8 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed 34.6% from Q1 to USD 79.8 million; operating income increased 14.1% to USD 39.6 million.
Operating cash flow swung to USD 41.1 million from a use of USD 8.3 million in Q1; free cash flow turned positive at USD 34.3 million.
