AVGOAVGO

Anthropic has agreed with Google and Broadcom for 3.5GW of Google TPU compute capacity coming online in 2027 under a supply deal through 2031, expanding Broadcom’s existing 1GW 2026 commitment. Anthropic’s annualized revenue run rate surged to $30 billion, with over 1,000 clients committing at least $1 million annually.

1. Agreement Details

Anthropic will receive 3.5GW of Google TPU compute built with Broadcom from 2027 under a supply assurance agreement running through 2031. No financial terms were disclosed in the filing.

2. Expansion of Compute Partnership

Broadcom, which provided one gigawatt of TPU capacity for Anthropic in 2026, leverages its role in Google TPU design to scale capacity. This cements Broadcom as a key hardware partner supporting Anthropic’s AI model training.

3. Anthropic’s Revenue Surge

Anthropic’s annualized revenue run rate has risen to $30 billion, up from roughly $9 billion at the end of 2025. Enterprise adoption accelerated, with over 1,000 clients now committing at least $1 million per year.

4. Supply Conditions and Domestic Build

The majority of new TPU infrastructure will be built in the U.S., aligning with Anthropic’s pledge to direct $50 billion toward domestic computing. Continued access to capacity depends on Anthropic’s commercial performance and partnerships under discussion.
