Weinberg, joining from McKinsey where he led North American banking tech and AI practices, will identify new markets and products while reporting directly to CEO Tim Gokey.

Weinberg arrives from McKinsey and Company where he led the North American Banking Technology and Operations practice and headed digital, AI, and analytics practices. He brings deep fintech and enterprise technology experience and a track record of guiding complex technology transformations.
4. Leadership Realignment
With Weinberg's appointment, Chief Product and Enterprise Platform Officer Germán Soto Sanchez will focus exclusively on advancing Broadridge's product platforms and scaling its tokenization initiatives. This realignment aims to optimize strategic execution across growth and product functions.
