Broadridge nominated Srinivas D. Tallapragada for election to its board at the 2026 annual meeting. Tallapragada is a special adviser to Salesforce’s CEO and served as president, chief engineering and customer success officer through August 2026; Amit Zavery will leave the board after the meeting, ending more than seven years as a director.
