Broadridge partnered with Alpaca to integrate shareholder governance tools into Alpaca’s Instant Tokenization Network for tokenized equities.

The integration supports proxy voting, investor communications, voting entitlement reconciliation, and regulatory disclosures across traditional equities and tokenized equities.

The structure aims to preserve shareholder rights, transparency, and compliance as tokenized securities move across multiple blockchains and intermediaries.

Retail investors can access eligible meetings via the platform, while institutional investors can plug tokenized-equity voting into existing governance workflows.
