Brookfield Business said it generated more than $1.2 billion from asset sales and distributions since the start of the year, supporting its balance sheet and investment flexibility.
The company expects to close the World Freight Company acquisition in Q3 2026 and said the Multiplex sale is expected to close in Q4 2026. Brookfield Business said available liquidity is approximately $2.8 billion after recent transactions.
