Brookfield Infrastructure Partners discussed Q2 2026 results on a July 30 call attended by CEO Sam Pollock, CFO David Krant, COO Ben Vaughan, Managing Partner Dave Joynt, and Managing Director Lief Williams.
- FFO rose 10% to $702 million, or $0.89 per unit; data segment FFO jumped 36% to $154 million on fiber, developers, and the Intel foundry partnership.
- 2026 asset-sale proceeds reached nearly $1.2 billion; IPO of the U.S. colocation data center business raised about $1.2 billion gross, and Brookfield retained 64%.
- The AI pipeline expanded: the DOE-selected Kentucky AI campus targets over 1.2 GW compute; the South Korea plan with NAVER and NVIDIA targets 200 MW sovereign compute.
- Management said there was no deterioration in AI contract terms; development yields are in the high single digits to low double digits, escalators are 2.5%-3%, and lease terms are trending to 20 years.
