2. Transaction timeline
The transaction would combine BEP and Brookfield Renewable Corp into one listed company, Brookfield Renewable Partners Inc. Management expects a court hearing on the final order around Nov. 3, 2026, and is targeting completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
