Brookfield Renewable, La Caisse complete Boralex acquisition at $37.25 per share cash
BEP•Brookfield and La Caisse close Boralex acquisition
Brookfield, with institutional partners including Brookfield Renewable Partners, has closed its acquisition of Boralex alongside La Caisse.
Boralex shareholders will receive CAD 37.25 per class A common share in cash.
Boralex is expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange around Aug. 17, 2026.
Boralex will operate independently under the new ownership group.
