Brookfield Renewable Partners plans a special unitholders meeting in Brookfield on Oct. 14, 2026.
Unitholders will vote on a corporate simplification to convert BEP and BEPC into a single listed corporation, Brookfield Renewable Partners Inc.
The proposal includes exchanging BEP limited partnership units, excluding preferred units, for BEP Inc. shares on a 1-for-1 basis.
