Q2 2026 results and operating update

Brookfield Renewable Partners discussed Q2 2026 results on July 31, 2026 with CEO Connor Teskey, CIO Jehangir Vevaina and CFO Patrick Taylor; TD Securities and Barclays attended.

FFO totaled $421 million, up 13% year over year, or $0.62 per unit.
Last-12-month FFO reached $1.44 billion, or $2.14 per unit.
Growth update included 1.3 GW commissioned and 2.6 GW of PPAs signed.
The company said $5 billion was deployed or committed, including the $3 billion Aypa battery storage acquisition.
Management said Aypa brings about 3 GW contracted operating and under-construction storage and 3.5 GW contracted projects; the pipeline exceeds 20 GW.

Simplification plan for BEP and BEPC

The CFO outlined a BEP-BEPC simplification into one listed corporation, with votes expected in October.
