Brookfield Renewable Corporation set a special shareholder meeting for Oct. 14, 2026 in Brookfield.
Shareholders will vote on a corporate simplification to combine Brookfield Renewable Partners and Brookfield Renewable into a single listed company, Brookfield Renewable Partners Inc.
The proposal would exchange BEPC class A exchangeable subordinate voting shares for BEP Inc. shares on a one-for-one basis.
