Brown & Brown appoints Erik Templin to lead employee benefits business
Brown & Brown appointed Erik Templin executive managing director, employee benefits, North America, within its Retail segment.
Templin will lead the employee benefits business across North America, shaping strategy across growth, talent, operations, innovation.
He will report to Steve Hearn, president of Brown & Brown Retail.
Templin joined in 2018 through an acquisition, previously serving as regional vice president, regional managing director, senior managing director.
He has more than 25 years of experience across employee benefits, healthcare information services, pharmaceutical, third-party administrator environments.
