Bruker took a majority stake in Dutch organ-on-a-chip developer MIMETAS.
The deal pairs MIMETAS’ tissue-model platforms with Bruker’s proteomics, metabolomics, imaging, and molecular analysis tools.
MIMETAS will continue to operate under its own name with its existing management team.
Investor said proceeds will be redeployed
Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Oost-Nederland NV, an early investor, said proceeds will be redeployed into new innovative startups.
