BTC Digital signed a three-party MOU with Nam Trang Cat Investment and Development and SG Partners to pursue an AI data center in Hai Phong.
Project planning centers on Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park, a 2 million-square-meter site with a planned power load of about 300 MW.
The agreement sets a two-year cooperation term, including a six-month exclusivity period.
BTC Digital will lead technical evaluation; Nam Trang Cat will coordinate local site and power verification; SG Partners will support investor outreach.
Key commercial terms remain non-binding pending due diligence, approvals, financing, power supply arrangements, customer contracts and definitive agreements.
