BTQ Technologies achieved 2025 milestones across QCIM, QPerfect, QSSN and Bitcoin Quantum, securing a USD 15 million ICTK joint development deal and integrating Radical Semiconductor’s CASH architecture into QCIM. The company also advanced QSSN pilots, approved the QPerfect acquisition and launched a quantum-safe Bitcoin testnet in five months.

In 2025 BTQ advanced its four core business lines—QCIM, QPerfect, QSSN and Bitcoin Quantum—deepening its role in post-quantum infrastructure and expanding institutional visibility while hitting key commercialization milestones.

2. QCIM Progress and ICTK Partnership

The QCIM division integrated Radical Semiconductor’s CASH architecture, onboarded co-founders Sean Hackett and Zach Belateche into technical leadership roles, and signed a USD 15 million development and investment agreement with ICTK to co-develop a secure-element platform.

3. QPerfect Acquisition and Neutral-Atom Platform

BTQ received approval for its proposed QPerfect acquisition, which will add advanced neutral-atom emulation and control technologies to its stack, enabling deployment of fault-tolerant quantum algorithms on scalable hardware.

4. QSSN Pilots and Bitcoin Quantum Testnet

BTQ moved its QSSN post-quantum settlement layer into live pilot environments for digital asset controls and launched the first quantum-safe Bitcoin testnet within five months to demonstrate secure blockchain migration.
