Silver47 shareholders received 0.1724 Bunker Hill common shares for each share. Existing Bunker Hill stockholders own approximately 57% of the combined company, which has a pro forma basic market capitalization of US$158 million. Its portfolio holds 80 million silver-equivalent ounces in measured and indicated resources and 308 million ounces inferred.
