BlackRock raised its stake in Bureau Veritas, crossing above 5% of voting rights on Aug. 6.
It held 29,807,622 shares, equal to 6.57% of share capital and 5.14% of voting rights.
Increase driven by market purchases and collateral shares
The move was driven by market purchases, and also by an increase in shares held as collateral.
