Burlington Stores said EVP and chief human resources officer Matthew Pasch will depart effective Sept. 1, 2026.
John Pershing is expected to succeed Pasch as EVP and chief human resources officer effective October 2026.
Pershing previously served as CHRO at Barnes & Noble, Canadian Tire, Ascena Retail Group, and spent over 20 years at Best Buy.
