Butler National announces annual shareholder meeting

Butler National will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Leawood, Kansas on Sept. 30, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect two directors for one-year terms. The ballot also includes ratification of RBSM as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending April 30, 2027.
An advisory vote is scheduled on compensation for the company’s named executive officers.
