Butterfly Network appoints Mike Noonen to board, names him to compensation and technology committees
BFLY•Butterfly Network appointed semiconductor executive Mike Noonen to its board effective Oct. 9, 2026, and named him to its technology and compensation committees.
1. Board appointment
Noonen most recently served as CEO of Swave Photonics, a fabless semiconductor company developing holographic chips. He previously led MixComm, which was acquired by Sivers Semiconductors in 2022, and held executive roles at GlobalFoundries and NXP Semiconductors.
