BUUU Group unit Brightray Veridian signs LOI for planned 10MW AI data center in Indiana
BUUU•BUUU Group’s majority-owned Brightray unit signed a non-binding LOI for a planned 10MW AI data center project in Indiana. Brightray Veridian would supply a prefabricated solution, subject to definitive terms.
1. Planned data center
Brightray Veridian, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brightray, signed the LOI, which is non-binding and expires 12 months after Oct. 6, 2026. The project concept targets delivery within one year, with a Tier III design basis, PUE below 1.2 and compatibility with NVIDIA GB300; the partner targets issuing a purchase order by Nov. 15, 2026.
