Shares of Australia's Amplia Therapeutics ATX.AX rose as much as 37% to A$0.185, hitting their highest level since April 7.
The stock posted its biggest intraday percentage gain since March 23.
The pharmaceutical firm signed a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Eli Lilly LLY.N.
The deal will test the company's experimental cancer drug narmafotinib in combination with Lilly's investigational KRAS inhibitor olomorasib in a clinical trial.
ATX was up over 13% this year, including the day's move.
