Britain's warehouse landlord Segro shares rose 5.5% to 917p, their highest since August 2024, after U.S. logistics firm Prologis submitted a final proposal to Segro.
The proposal values Segro at £14 billion ($18.72 billion).

The offer values each Segro share at £10.32, 18.7% higher than its Tuesday close of £8.69.
Prologis shares were flat in pre-market trading.
Including the session's gains, SGRO was up 28.7% year to date.
