At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.11% at 52,784.33. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.31% at 7,435.89, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.13% at 24,900.04.
