Aircraft lessor Willis Lease Finance WLFC.O climbs 2% in extended trading to $221.31.
WLFC said it will acquire 12 commercial aircraft and 13 aircraft engines.
The lessor did not share further details on the deal.
Aircraft and jet engine lessor managed assets worth $4.1 billion as of March 31.
The stock is up 60% so far this year compared with industry leader AerCap's AER.N 2% YTD gain.
