BW LPG India agrees to sell BW Loyalty vessel
BWLP•BW LPG India's 52%-owned subsidiary agreed to sell the 2008-built BW Loyalty for a price in the low $80 million range. The transaction is expected to generate an approximately $52 million disposal gain and $66 million in net cash proceeds on a 100% basis.

BW LPG's 52%-owned subsidiary BW LPG India agreed to sell the BW Loyalty for continued trading. The sale price is in the low $80 million range; on a 100% basis, the transaction is expected to generate an approximately $52 million disposal gain and $66 million in net cash proceeds after taxes and transaction costs. Delivery is scheduled after the vessel completes its current time charter, no later than December 2026.
