BW LPG India agrees to sell BW Loyalty vessel for low USD 80 million range
BWLP•BW LPG India agreed to sell the 2008-built BW Loyalty for a price in the low USD 80 million range. The sale is expected to generate a disposal gain of about USD 52 million and net cash proceeds of about USD 66 million, on a 100% basis.
1. Vessel sale
BW LPG's 52%-owned subsidiary BW LPG India agreed on October 20, 2026, to sell the BW Loyalty for continued trading. Delivery is scheduled after the vessel completes its current time charter, no later than December 2026.
