BWXT•BWXT appoints new operations leader
BWXT named Suzanne Maddux senior vice president of operations in a newly created role reporting to CEO Rex Geveden.
Maddux takes direct leadership of EHS, security, operational excellence, supply chain, manufacturing operations, engineering and quality.
The role targets tighter alignment between government operations and commercial operations as BWXT scales for long-term growth.
Maddux joins from Mercury Systems, where she was vice president of global supply chain. She previously spent 18 years at RTX in senior roles spanning operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, program management and general management.
