BXP will advise on development, leasing and marketing for Fifty at First, a planned 915-foot, 1.5-million-square-foot office tower at First and Mission in San Francisco.
2. Project timeline and site
San Francisco Recovery Fund acquired the site, formerly Oceanwide Center, in January 2026. The project targets a 2031 opening and is expected to become San Francisco’s second-tallest building upon completion.
