Byrna Q3 2026 net loss widens to $2.91 million; revenue drops 46% to $15.3 million

1. Quarterly results
Gross profit fell to $12.2 million, while gross margin rose to 79% from 60%, including a one-time $2.3 million tariff refund. Operating expenses increased 7% to $15.1 million, including $1.7 million in other one-time costs. Byrna completed its acquisition of HERO Defense Systems and shifted ammunition production to an outsourced model; management cited improving web traffic and conversion.
