C3.ai announces annual shareholder meeting

C3.ai will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Oct. 26, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on:
- Electing three Class III directors: John C. Dwyer, Michael G. McCaffery, and Stephen M. Ward, Jr.
- An advisory vote on executive compensation
- Ratification of Deloitte & Touche as the independent accounting firm for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2027
- Amending and restating the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, including a 10,000,000-share increase and an evergreen extension to 2036
