The company cited a Phase 1/2 dataset across 63 patients with myositis, systemic sclerosis, lupus and myasthenia gravis, with follow-up of up to 1.5 years.
In adult DM, 83% would have met the planned registrational endpoint, and responses were described as maintained through the latest follow-up.
Safety snapshot across 63 preconditioned patients:
- 94% had no CRS or Grade 1 CRS
- 97% had no ICANS
The strategy highlighted PC-free dosing exploration, automated manufacturing with Cellares, lower COGS and the ability to scale to thousands of patient runs yearly.
