CACI raises FY27 revenue forecast to $10.7 billion-$10.9 billion
CACI•CACI raised its fiscal 2027 revenue forecast to $10.7 billion-$10.9 billion from $10.65 billion-$10.85 billion. It also increased adjusted earnings and net income guidance, while maintaining free cash flow guidance of at least $900 million.
1. Higher fiscal 2027 guidance
CACI raised its fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings forecast to $33.18-$34.08 per diluted share from $32.96-$33.86, and its adjusted net income forecast to $740 million-$760 million from $735 million-$755 million. Free cash flow guidance remains at least $900 million, and the company expects an EBITDA margin in the high 12% range.

First-quarter revenue grew 8.2%, and contract awards totaled $4.8 billion.
